Social programmes are implemented in accordance with the Unified Industry Social Policy of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom as well as MSZ JSC’s Collective Labour Agreement.

The company has one of the oldest trade union organisations in the country, established on November 12, 1920. The main task of the trade union is to protect the rights and interests of employees, control the fairness of remuneration and the employer's compliance with labour legislation. Membership in the trade union is voluntary. Today, more than 96% of MSZ JSC employees are members of the Plant Trade Union.
